This magnesium complex supplement has replaced my previous nightly mag. First of all, I love that it's third party tested. I feel safe consuming this product. I also love how there is ashwagandha root but A VERY SMALL amount. I wanted to start taking ashwagandha but I read its best to ease into it. This is the perfect way for me to mildly begin incorporating it into my diet. The capsule is similar to other magnesium supplements I've tried - large and white but easy to swallow. Sometimes magnesium can hit the body a little too good so I don't always take the whole pill. I do not have any problems opening the capsule, dumping half in my mouth and closing it back up for the next use. The bottle comes with 120 capsules and its recommended to take 2 preferably with a meal. I usually only take one (sometimes even just a half). I like to take magnesium at night for sleep. If I'm not planning to eat when I want to take it, I drink a tsp of EV olive oil beforehand. (The body absorbs vitamin d and k better with fats.) This is a soothing and enjoyable nighttime process for me (highly recommend). The bottle was sealed tight with plastic on the outside and a strong seal once the cap is removed. I haven't been taking this for too long so I will update in about a month on how it has helped me. I also love how there is vitamin d and k included. I normally take a vitamin d + k supplement but am stopping those for the time being. It would be nice to be able to just take this supplement instead. The price point is great. I recommend this magnesium complex for women. UPDATE: So I’ve continued to take this vitamin (only 1 capsule) every night. I anticipated this issue but I wanted to see if things would be different with this supplement. Before starting this one, I was taking a small dose of magnesium every night and a separate vitamin d + k vitamin only 2-3 times per day. The reason for this is taking too much vitamin d can cause constipation and sure enough because this has vitamin d but I like taking magnesium nightly, it made me constipated. I still think this is a great supplement and I will continue to use it 1-2 times a week. Keep in mind, I’m no medical professional, this information is what has been the case for me. I read something about taking too much vitamin d can cause constipation because the body then begins to absorb too much calcium in the blood effecting digestion. I’ve experienced this in the past and I had a feeling it may happen again with this. Every body is different so if you’re interested in this vitamin, see how often taking it works for you. If you like taking mag every day like I do, keep in mind you’ll be consuming vitamin d everyday as well. Hope this helps!

I love Revula supplements but this supplement label is a little confusing. One part of the label states that there are 350 mg from the magnesium complex. However, another part of the label states that the magnesium complex is 800 mg. Because of this, it makes it a little unclear how much magnesium is actually contained in each serving. Regardless, Revula always prioritizes quality with their supplements as each one is lab tested and CGMP certified. It's also a very good value since each bottle contains 120 servings and it's only $20 for this 4 month supply. I like that this is specifically targeted towards women and has ingredients like raspberry ketones and inositol for that reason.

I’m a big fan of magnesium. It’s an important part of my daily dietary supplements, especially since I’ve entered my menopause years. After much research on diet and which supplements I think my body can benefit from, magnesium is always at the top of my list. This Magnesium Complex 20-in-1 for Women supplement arrived in an opaque white plastic bottle. There’s an easy screw top lid and it came with a tamper resistant seal. The lot number and expiration date are clearly printed on the bottom of the bottle and I have about two years to use this bottle up. There are 240 capsules and the suggested serving is 2 per day so this is a 4 months supply, which makes this a phenomenal value, especially when you look at the ingredients. This is a very clean supplement. There are absolutely no fillers or junk here, just good wholesome ingredients. It’s GMO free, 3rd party tested and manufactured in a GMP facility, which are all things I look for when choosing a supplement. No wheat, gluten, soy, dairy or tree nuts either. As someone with the MTHFR gene mutation, I always make sure my supplements are of the methylated kind and these are. Methylated vitamins usually have a higher price point, I’ve found, but they are much more effective than non methylated ones for me. There is no odor to these capsules and the vegetable cellulose clear capsules have zero taste. I found them to be of average size and very easy to swallow with just a sip of my morning coffee. I’ve been taking them every morning with a light breakfast, usually just a piece of fruit or some toast, and I’ve experienced no stomach upset or any other unwanted side effects. The methylated vitamins give me the steady energy I need to get through my day and I feel well rested and alert yet calm.
